The Sense-Ware UV/IR-210/1CZ flame detector (P/N: SW1105) is a high-performance combination flame detection unit that integrates both ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) sensors with advanced microprocessor-based signal analysis. Its dual-spectrum sensing enhances reliability by requiring both UV and IR thresholds to be exceeded before triggering an alarm, thereby reducing false alarms that often affect single-spectrum detectors.
The infrared sensor includes flicker frequency analysis to improve flame recognition accuracy. It is ATEX-certified for use in hazardous areas (II 3G EX nA IIC T4 GC / II 3D EX tc IIIC T71°C Dc), with a durable red GRP housing and fixed sensitivity setting. Its robust construction and sophisticated sensing logic make it ideal for hazardous environments including hydrogen detection applications. A built-in hourly self-test ensures continuous functionality, and a test lamp can be used for scheduled inspections.
This model includes manual latch alarm, relay outputs for alarm and fault, and operates within a wide temperature range. It is CPR-EN54-10 certified and compatible with the SM21 mounting bracket (Accessory Part No: 2401228).
