Welcome to Industrial Supply Groups. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  2. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price on the website at the time of your order.
  3. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept VISA,MASTER CARD, PAYPAL & WIRE TRANSFER  only.
  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the items purchased. These costs will be provided before you complete your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain products may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ogmis-group.com  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of the returned item for the refund to be processed.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs if applicable.
