Shipping & General Conditions of Sale

Payment Terms:

Payment is due according to the terms specified. Interest will be assessed on past-due invoices. Prices shown will remain firm through delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing will be subject to review if the final bill of materials is altered from the initially quoted items and quantities.

Cancellation & Returns:

Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable Items: All quoted items with factory lead times or modifications are considered non-cancellable and non-returnable.
Stock Items: Quoted items from stock may be returned. Please contact us for details on return procedures.

Diversion Clause:

All shipments are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the U.S.A. and any amendments thereof. Buyers agree not to make any disposition of U.S.-origin products purchased from OGMIS Group by way of trans-shipment, re-export, diversion, or otherwise, other than to the ultimate country of destination specified in the buyer’s order or declared as the country of ultimate destination on OGMIS Group’s invoices, except as permitted by these laws and regulations.

Freight Charges:

Freight charges and bunker surcharges quoted are our best estimates and are subject to possible changes at the time of shipment. These charges will be debited to you at cost.

Delivery:

Delivery dates quoted are based on the time of quotation. Delivery dates will be confirmed at the time of order. OGMIS Group is not responsible for changes in delivery beyond our control. Stock is subject to prior sale. Please allow up to 5 business days for the pickup of stock orders. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or any major U.S. holiday.

Withdrawal:

OGMIS Group reserves the right to withdraw any quotation without obligation. There are no other valid understandings or agreements beyond the quotation unless specifically agreed upon by all parties concerned.
