The Texas Pneumatic Tools TX-DCS2 is a small, portable dust collection system engineered to conform to OSHA Directive 1926.1153 for Crystalline Silica containment. Designed for single-user operation, this compressed air-powered unit effectively removes dust from the workspace when using percussion tools, drills, grinders, or saws—one tool at a time.
This system includes a HEPA Filter, Cyclonic Filter, 25′ vacuum hose, 10′ vacuum hose whip, and a TX-2AM Mini Air Mover which supplies the necessary suction power. It requires approximately 40 CFM of compressed air at 90 PSI to generate sufficient vacuum strength for dust control.
