• • ECMA series servo motors feature a 20-bit incremental encoder (1,280,000 pulses/revolution). Enhanced functions for delicate processes ensure stable low-speed rotation, with a frequency response of up to 1 kHz and a settling time below 1 ms.

• Superlative Vibration Suppression:

• • Automatic low-frequency vibration suppression with two filters minimizes vibrations at machine edges. High-frequency resonance suppression through auto notch filters is also provided.

• Flexible Internal Position Mode (Pr Mode):

• • ASDA-A2-Soft configuration software allows users to define motion paths freely, offering 64 internal position settings for continuous motion control. Supports 35 homing modes.

• Unique Built-in Electronic Cam (E-CAM):

• • Supports up to 720 E-CAM points with smooth interpolation, ideal for rotary cutoff and flying shear applications.

• Full Closed-Loop Control:

• • Capable of reading second feedback signals to ensure high accuracy in position control. Reduces effects of mechanical imperfections for precise operation.

Model-Specific Features:

• ASDA-A2-M:

• • CANbus communication speed of 1 Mbps; complies with CANopen DS301. Supports three motion modes and up to 40m cable length.

• ASDA-A2-U:

• • Up to 14 digital inputs and quick connectors for easy installation. Built-in 24V power supply simplifies wiring.

• ASDA-A2-E:

• • Touch probe function with digital inputs. Integrated Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function compliant with international safety standards.
